About Us

Global Leadership and Consulting is changing the way people approach their careers – and find new ones! GLC’s Career Talk and other programs serve four key audiences:

  • Those new in a career or planning to start one
  • Those currently employed but want to expand, improve, or change careers
  • Those who have been out of the workplace for some time and want or need to re-enter it
  • Those currently in leadership positions and want to enhance their own skills or to improve employee engagement and productivity

We accomplish this by learning about you, your goals, your skills, and your visions, then work with you to develop a dynamic, strategic program that will get you where you want to go.

In addition, GLC offers extensive experience in leadership development for executives, their employees, and corporate leaders in general.

Career Talk and GLC have a broad range of assessments, workshops, presentations, and programs at our fingertips to help you find and use everything you’ll need in your journey. We have the experience and personal approach to help you bring everything into focus and lead you into your next chapter.
